The BAC is currently in the process of creating an evaluation framework using theory of change principles to identify the cause-and-effect logic by which organisational and financial resources can best be deployed to create the desired positive changes outlined in our impact statement.
The framework will work towards a viable definition of the desired community outcomes, stakeholders and the best performance indicators.
This will enable us to deliver a set of outcomes outlining the social returns on investment for our stakeholders which in turn can be used as a strong platform for growth both locally and with other organisations.
